Details:

The Start method changes the state of a stop clock from any state other than Running (Reset, Paused, or Finished) to Running. When starting from the Reset or Finished state, the StartTime property is changed to reflect the time when Start was invoked. Changing state from Finished to Running causes a Reset to occur (i.e. Finished to Running is equivalent to Finished to Reset to Running). From the Paused state, invoking Start does not reset, but rather just re-starts the accumulation of measured time as given by the AccumulatedTime property.
